I spent months playing their games and earned over $100 but was never able to withdraw it because the website went down. I tried reaching out via their message feature multiple times and never got a response back. It's been over a month now. If someone from the company reaches out to me and helps me resolve this I will be more than happy to change my rating. However, as of now I don't understand why this site is still rated above 1 star as the website literally doesn't work.

Hello! I would like to thank Casino Guru for the investigation and solution to my problem. I have addressed this complaint to other resources such as ; 4latest casino, Ask gambling, but these resources are apparently useless for solving such problems. they banned me with hundreds of $ on my account and said they would refund my most recent purchase. I did nothing to warrant being banned, simply played the games they have on the site. its been over two weeks and they have not refunded. will be charging back
