The few times I've had to contact them through live chat (Operator malfunction 💁🏻‍♀️ 🤣🤗 Not the app) they were very courteous and helpful explaining EVERYTHING to me and made sure anything ( I was doing wrong lol) was 100% resolved and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Most "customer service Representatives" I've ever had to speak to on any app is SUPER quick to get rid of you and half 🫏 do their job. It is the complete opposite here. They are really paying, but what I don't like is they are charging 8 percent on my second and third withdrawals, which I have never encountered in any online casino.Regarding closing the account, it's a nightmare.
