I honestly can’t believe how difficult this casino has made it for me to self-exclude. In my experience, their “responsible gaming” policies feel completely meaningless because no one actually follows them.I first reached out through live chat, where I was told they “can’t close accounts” and that I needed to call support instead. So I called, only to be told that I needed to use live chat. When I went back to chat, they repeated again that they cannot help with self-exclusion. It felt like being stuck in an endless loop where no one takes responsibility.I’ve now sent three emails requesting self-exclusion, and I haven’t received a single reply. Not even an acknowledgement.For a company that advertises responsible gaming, my experience has been the complete opposite. I’ve tried repeatedly to follow their process and protect myself, but it feels like they’re making it as hard as possible.I’m extremely disappointed and genuinely concerned that a casino in 2025 can still handle self-exclusion this poorly. It's good I enjoy it very much other than not that many games but have won alot of money on here if they could also change the deposit amount they would get more business I feel like wlot of people only want to put like 10 at a time and it's more convenient and u can't do that with Visa or MasterCard deposit on here it's $25 min fix that and now we're talking lol
