I had a issue with a casino site, (unpaid winnings)I contacted Casino guru, they listened to my side of the argument and had made attempts to reach the casino site, they stayed with me checking up on updates and kept trying to establish contact with said site. The matter finally got resolved even tho the casino site never acknowledged the complaint from casino guru I believe if never reached out for help there would be a very good chance I would still be trying to collect my winnings.

I have ups and downs with this casino sometimes it's hard for me to get across on a few things prior to something that happened last night that I got 20 free spins did the play through and everything and ask for a cash out and they couldn't cash me out because there wasn't enough money in that account to cash me out but they they owed me $20 so I'm still with this casino but that was very disrespectful on that
